Statement is simple and direct:
1. Collection of Personal Information (minors): All users of BarBack should be of legal drinking age, so Interworld Software does not collect any personal information of minors.
2. Collection of Personal Information (adults): Those who register (purchase) BarBack agree to provide Interworld Software their personal information, limited to the information required to charge their credit card for the sale. This consists of their name, address and telephone number. This information is kept on file and will be used by Interworld Software to notify you of future releases and updates. All personal information is kept confidential.
3. Sale or Sharing of Personal Information with Third Parties: Interworld Software will
never sell your personal information to anyone. Interworld Software will never share your personal information with anyone. Period.
4. AdWare, SpyWare and your Internet Connection: BarBack requires the use of your Internet connection to obtain any updates that have been made available on-line. If you choose not to use this feature, BarBack will never use your Internet connection. BarBack does not and will not install any ad ware, or spy ware on your PC.
